Question: How do I view my reservation?

Question: What is check in/check out time?
Answer: Check in is at 4:00 p.m. Check out is at 11:00 a.m.
Question: Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
Answer: We are a smoke free facility. We never allow smoking in rooms.
Question: How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access?
Answer: Free for Kimpton In Touch Members at Gold package speed. Silver package is $10 for 24 hours with limited connection. Gold package is $15 for 24 hours with full connection.
Question: Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
Answer: Yes our pool front fitness center is open 24 hours and is equip with treadmills, elliptical stationary bikes, free weights and universal machines. All cardio equipment has television connection.
Question: Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
Answer: Yes we do offer room service Mon. – Fri 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Sat. & Sun. 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Question: Do you have a business center?
Answer: Yes.
Question: Do you have a pool?
Answer: Yes.
Question: Do you have a spa? What are the hours?
Answer: Yes, we do have a full-service spa, please contact our Concierge.

Transportation/Directions

Question: How do I get to the hotel?
Answer: Please see our Maps & Directions page.
Question: Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
Answer: No, however our concierge would be happy to assist in arranging one.
Question: What are your cross streets?
Answer: Ocean Drive and Banyan Road.
Question: Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
Answer: We do have onsite Valet parking at a $10 overnight charge. This is not included in the room rate.

Reservations

Question: How do I view my reservation?

Question: Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
Answer: Our hotel offers air mattresses, cribs and pack and plays upon request and availability. There is no charge for this service.
Question: I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
Answer: For reservations made from a third party, please contact the reservation source to modify that reservation.
Question: What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
Answer: You must be 21 years old to make a reservation.
Question: What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
Answer: We use a 72 hour cancellation policy the reservation must be cancelled 72 hours by 6:00 p.m. to avoid one night's room and tax charge.
Question: Is my ID/passport required at check in?
Answer: Yes
Question: What age do kids stay for free?
Answer: Children under the age of 18 stay for free.
Question: Do you have connecting rooms?
Answer: No, however or some of our Premier rooms share a foyer with other Premier rooms or One Bedroom Suites.
Question: Do you have ADA rooms?
Answer: Yes
Question: Do you have an early departure fee?
Answer: One nights room and tax.

Pets

Question: Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
Answer: Yes pets are welcome, we do not have any weight or breed restrictions.
Question: Do you have pet free rooms for those with allergies?
Answer: Our 3rd floor is designated as our Pet Free floor.
Question: Do you have pet sitting or dog walking services?
Answer: We do not have any on property but our Concierge service would be happy in assisting.
Question: How far do you have to walk to take your pet out?
Answer: We have designated pet zones and our Valet staff would be happy to assist.

Concierge

Question: I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, gifts sent to the room. How do I do this?
Answer: Please call the Concierge and they would be happy to assist in any of these requests. They are available from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. daily.
